How we work

We partner with organisations who are putting customer understanding, informed decision making and good consumer outcomes at the heart of their organisation.

Our Partnership model is for a minimum of 3 years. We provide communications professionals in Partner organisations with a deep understanding of the Plain Numbers Approach. They, and their colleagues, are provided with ongoing support so that they can incorporate the Approach across all relevant customer-facing communications.

Our proven Partnership Model encompasses:

Skills transfer to Plain Numbers Practitioners within your organisation

  • Training to accredit an agreed number of Practitioners.

  • Unlimited support over the course of the Partnership as they implement the Plain Numbers Approach.

  • Annual top-up training and access to topic-specific Practitioner training sessions throughout the partnership

Organisation level support to successfully embed the Approach

  • Support from our team to monitor progress and where applicable identify barriers and agree a plan to overcome them.

  • Collaborative action to overcome barriers to cultural change, including engagement with specific stakeholders and wider awareness raising sessions as required.

  • Ongoing knowledge sharing including bespoke advice and access to knowledge sharing webinars exclusively for Plain Numbers Partner organisations.

Certification and public recognition for our work together

  • Use of our 'Working Together' logo signals your commitment to improving customer understanding.

  • We provide an agreed number of Certification credits per year. Certification signals that the Plain Numbers Approach has been fully incorporated into a specific communication.  

  • Collaborative external engagement to maximise your profile as a Plain Numbers Partner.
