We’re thrilled to announce our new three-year partnership with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services UK.  

Together, we’ll work to improve the clarity of customer communications – supporting customers to better understand their finance options and make informed decisions.  

With 20million adults in the UK having numeracy levels at or below those of a primary school leaver, clear communication is critical – especially in meeting the FCA’s Customer Understanding outcome.  

MBFS colleagues have already begun Plain Numbers training, learning how to apply our evidence-based method, proven to double the number of people who understand a communication. More colleagues will follow as the partnership develops.  

As part of the Plain Numbers Community, MBFS will also have access to certification, exclusive events, and ongoing support to use this best practice across their organisation.
